Email or password is incorrect
You can change a forgotten password here. Fill in the email address you have registered on your Viaplay-account and follow the instructions in the email you receive. If you can’t find the email in your inbox, check that it has not gone to the spam folder/junk email.

I have trouble logging in with the one-time code on my TV screen
If you have trouble logging in with the one-time code you can instead log in manually by writing your email and password with your remote control. Close the Viaplay app completely and open in again. After you’ve opened the app, write in your email address and password instead of choosing to log in with the code.
Close your Apple TV and draw out the power cord for 30 seconds. Restart even your router while the Apple TV is turned off. Turn the devices back on and try to log in again. You can also try to surf to viaplay.is/activate on a different device or on a different web browser.
If the problem persists, make sure your Apple TV and the Viaplay app are both updated.
