I’m an old Premier Sports customer

Premier Sports have become Viaplay on the 1st of November. If you had an active subscription on Premier Sports your account has been moved to Viaplay. From 1st of November you can download the app on most popular devices, see full list here. You will have received an email with further instructions on how to activate the account once it’s ready. Your username remain the same and your subscription will continue as Viaplay Total (films, series, and sports). Note that any pay-per-view event is not included in any of the packages.

If your billing is handled by Sky, you will also get access to Viaplay. If you didn’t have an active subscription at Premier Sports on the 1st of November, you can just create an account on viaplay.com/gb-en/ and start a subscription.

What happens to my account and subscription?

If you had an active subscription on Premier Sports prior to the 1st of November your account is moved to Viaplay. Your username will remain the same and you will be billed through the same method as before.

Customers who are being billed through Sky will keep access to the channels as before, however they will now be found under new names; Viaplay Sports 1, Viaplay Sports 2 and Viaplay Xtra. You will also get access to Viaplay with the same username. Instructions will be sent to your email once you can activate your account.

How much will I pay going forward?

As a previous Premier Sports customer you will get access to Viaplay Total package for £14.99/month. With Viaplay Total you will get access to all the films, series and more sports than before (pay-per-views not included.)

If you had an annual subscription or one of the special packages at Premier Sports, check your email for more information about how your billing will continue.

All customers who are being billed through Sky will continue to have that as their payment method.

I don't wish to continue my subscription

Once you have gained access to your Viaplay account, you can login and manage your subscription directly from your account pages. If you cancel your subscription you will still be able to use the service until your next scheduled billing date. You can see your next billing from the account summary.

If your billing is handled by Sky and wish to cancel that subscription, you can do so by logging into your account here, click on “My Subscriptions”, select the Cancel Subscription link at the bottom and follow the instructions.

I have a subscription through Sky

Customers who are being billed through Sky will keep access to the channels as before, however they will now be found under new names; Viaplay Sports 1, Viaplay Sports 2 and Viaplay Xtra. You will also get access to Viaplay with the same username. If you haven’t activated your Viaplay account yet, click here to set a password. The username is the same as your login on Premier Player.

I had an account but no active subscription on Premier Sports

If you used to be a subscriber to Premier Sports, but didn’t have an active package on the 1st of November, 2022 your account has not been moved over to Viaplay. In that case you can just head over to viaplay.com/gb-en/ and start a subscription at Viaplay. Note that you have to add a payment method – even if you choose to start with a free trial.
