Your Viaplay account is personal and you currently have the possibility to play two different streams at the same time, regardless of the material being played. If you have two streams running and try to start a third one a message pops up asking you to shut down one of the current streams. You can always download content offline to have more people watching at the same time, read more about offline mode here.
If the message persists after ending one of the streams, we recommend that you log out and in again on your Viaplay account. Try then restarting the selected stream.
If you watched Viaplay at a friend’s house and forgot to log out, you can change your password on our website. When this is done, you will be logged out of all devices within 24 hours.
