Delete your Viaplay Account
Choose one of the following options:
You can easily manage your user details and settings yourself when logged in to Viaplay.is under My Account.
Once logged in to the website, hover your mouse over your name in the top-right corner and click on My Account.
Here, you can change your password, set a purchase lock, update your payment method, and much more. Read more here.
You can cancel your Viaplay package by clicking the button below and then selecting “Cancel Package.” After choosing a reason for cancellation, you can proceed to the next step and click “Complete Cancellation” to finalize the process.

Note: If you don’t have a Viaplay package, the available packages to purchase will be listed instead. Make sure you’re logged in to the correct account, or check if you have access through a TV provider or iTunes.
Once the cancellation is complete, you will also receive an email confirmation. Haven’t received it? Be sure to check your spam folder.
Note: We cannot delete an account that has an active package. To initiate this process, you must first cancel your package on Viaplay under My Account.
To delete your Viaplay account along with associated data, fill in the form from the link below:
- Fill in the email address connected to your Viaplay account
- Make sure you don’t have any active subscriptions on your account – this applies to all subscription directly through us, our partners and Apple
- Note that you need to confirm your request through a link that is sent to you via email, if you didn’t receive the message please check your spam folder as well
