Delete your Viaplay Account

We are happy to help you delete the data associated with your Viaplay account. Please complete the information requested below to begin the process. Note that the deletion of your account and associated data will take place within 30 days of you submitting your request. Soon after we receive your request, we will contact you at the email address provided to verify your ownership of the account.

Be aware that an active package is not automatically shut down. We cannot delete an account that has an active package.
