Error code 5001 / 5002 / 5006

Error code 5001, 5002 or 5006 means that the content is not included in your current package.

Follow the steps below to check and resolve the issue:

  1. Make sure you are logged in to the correct account by selecting My account under the profile icon in the top right corner.
  2. Check that you have the correct package to access the content you want to watch. You can see your package under Package information on My account. Here you can see what content is included in each package.
  3. Also check that your package is active under Package information.

Note! If you have changed your package via a partner or TV provider, it may take up to 24 hours for the change to take effect. Wait until the change is completed and try again.
