Error code 9101 on Apple TV
Error code 9101 appears when Apple TV is using an outdated version of the Viaplay app. Update the app by deleting it and reinstalling it.
Do this
- Go to the app library on your Apple TV.
- Select the Viaplay app, press and hold the button, and choose Delete app from the menu.
- Select Delete again.
- Go to the App Store on your Apple TV, then search for and select Viaplay.
- Select the option to download.
- Open the Viaplay app again.
