Forgot your password?

If you can’t log in to your account, don’t worry, you can easily reset your password. 

1. Go to the password reset page. 

2. Enter the email address you use to log in to Viaplay. 

3. Check your inbox (or spam) and click the link in the recovery email. 

4. Follow the steps to create a new password. 

Once you have set a new password, go to the log in page and use your new password.
