The message “Two streams are already playing” is displayed

If you see the message “Two streams are already playing”, it means that your account is already playing the maximum number of streams allowed on one account.

To watch the content on your device, do the following:
  1. Stop an active stream
    1. Close Viaplay on another device where a stream is currently playing (stop playback or close the app/browser completely).
    2. Start playback again on the device you want to use.
  2. Sign out and back in on the device if the message does not disappear
    1. Sign out of Viaplay on the device where you are trying to watch.
    2. Sign in again.
    3. Restart playback.
  3. If you think someone else is using the account
    1. Remove unknown devices under Manage devices on your account.
    2. Change your account password.
Information about the number of streams

You can normally watch two streams at the same time on the same account. The same sports broadcast can be watched on one device at a time outside your household.

If you are watching within your household, for example from different rooms but on the same network, you can watch the same sports broadcast on two devices at the same time.
