Making changes on your account
It is no longer possible to make any edits on the account page. This applies to online edits such as changing your email, password, payment method, or any changes to your subscription.
If you have a Viaplay Films & series subscription and wish to make changes to your subscription or your account information, please contact our customer service via one of the alternatives below.
Note that Viaplay is closing and the last day to use the service is 21st of May, read more here.
