Error code 2001 / 2002 / 2003 / 2004 / 2005

Error code 2001 is caused by problems with the internet connection. Follow these steps to resolve buffering issues that may be caused by your internet connection.

  1. Close programs using the internet – Close all programs and apps that are using the internet connection.
    • Close active programs on your device.
    • Make sure no downloads or updates are running in the background.
  2. Update system and browser – Install the latest versions of your operating system and browser.
    • Open your operating system settings and check for updates.
    • Update your browser to the latest version.
  3. Restart modem and router – Restart your network equipment to restore the connection.
    • Turn off the modem and router.
    • Wait at least 30 seconds.
    • Start the modem first and then the router.
  4. Check broadband speed – Check the speed to see if this is the issue.
