Change payment method

Change how you pay for your package or future purchases by updating the payment information on your account.

  1. Log in at viaplay via a web browser.
  2. Go to My account under the profile icon in the top right corner.
  3. Go to Payment information and select Account settings.
  4. Choose whether you want to pay with Klarna or a payment card.
  5. Follow the instructions on the page and confirm the change.

You can pay with one of the following payment methods:

  • Credit/debit cards: Mastercard, Visa, and Amex.
If your payment card is not accepted

A card may be declined for several reasons:

  • The card is not Mastercard, Visa or Amex.
  • The card is not issued by a Swedish bank.
  • You are ordering via mobile – try using a computer or another web browser instead.
  • Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode is not activated.
  • The card is blocked for online purchases – contact your bank or enable it in your online banking.
  • There are not sufficient funds on the card (at least 1 SEK is required, even for trial periods).
