Check why you are being charged without a Viaplay account
If you have noticed a charge on your bank account from Viaplay but know that you have not signed up for a package, please contact customer service. Information about contact options can be found at the bottom of this page.
When you contact us, please include the following information:
- The last 4 digits and expiry date of the card that was charged.
- The amount that was charged.
- The date the charge was made.
This information can be used to trace the payment.
Important! Protecting your personal information is extremely important to us. Only send the following information to our customer service team. We will never ask you for your full card details or your personal identity number.
