Check which Viaplay package you have
Follow the steps below to see which Viaplay subscription is linked to your Viaplay account.
- Open a web browser and go to Viaplay.
- Log in with the email address and password for your Viaplay account.
- Select the profile icon in the top right corner.
- Open My account.
- Check the Package information section to see your current Viaplay subscription.
If the page does not show any active package but instead shows packages available to purchase, it means you do not have an active package. If the name of a partner is shown (for example a TV provider or Apple), it means your Viaplay subscription is managed by that partner. Viaplay cannot change or view details of packages managed by an external partner. In these cases, questions regarding Viaplay packages should be directed to that partner.
