Find Viaplay account linked to a payment card
How to do it
- Go to https://account.viaplay.is/find
This page is used to search for accounts linked to a payment card. - Log in to viaplay.is if you are prompted to do so.
You must be logged in to complete the search. - Enter the payment card details on the search page.
- Submit the search.
How the results are shown
- For security reasons, the full card number is not stored.
- The service shows all accounts that match the parts of the card number you enter.
- Part of the username or email address is masked (hidden), but the information should be sufficient for you to recognize the account.
If you can’t find the right account
- Check that the card details are entered correctly.
- Search again using another payment card if you have multiple cards that may be linked to an account.
