Find the package you are being charged for
If you have been charged by Viaplay but do not see any active package on your account, the payment card is linked to another Viaplay account.
Follow the steps below to find the correct account:
- Log out of your current Viaplay account.
- Log in with another email address you may have used with Viaplay.
- Go to My account under the profile icon in the top right corner.
- Check the Package information section to see if the account has an active package.
Repeat the steps for each email address until you find the account with the active package.
If you are unsure which email addresses you have used, you can search for your accounts by following the instructions here.
If you cannot find the account that is being charged, contact customer service and provide:
- The last four digits of the payment card that was charged
- The card’s expiry date
- The amount that was charged
- The date of the charge
