Problem adding/updating a payment card
Follow the steps below if you can’t add or update your payment card.
- Check that the card can be used. The card must be a Visa, Mastercard, or Amex card. It must be issued by a bank in your country.
- Check that the card is enabled for online purchases.
This is usually set in your bank app or your card issuer’s app. - Try again on another device or in another browser.
Example: switch from mobile to computer or from one browser to another. - Make sure you have a stable network. Try switching networks and see if the issue with adding a card persists.
