Activate a promo code

1. Go to register a value code here.
2. Enter the discount code and an email address.
3. Select a payment method.
4. Activate the offer.

Important to know

• You always need to add a payment method when purchasing a package – even if you have a discount code. This is due to the rights requirements and to verify that you are over 18.
• Make sure the amount is correct before confirming.

After activation
Under My account, you can see upcoming charges and make changes to your subscription.

Rental movie codes can only be redeemed on Viaplay.is via a web browser. The movie can then be watched in the app on any signed-in device.

1. Go to Viaplay store in a web browser.
2. Select the movie you want to rent and click Rent (not Buy).
3. Click “I have a rental code” at the top of the page and enter the code in uppercase letters.

Choose the next step depending on which of the following options applies to you:

I have an account:

• Sign in if you are not already signed in and confirm the purchase.

I don’t have an account:

• Select Create account and enter your email address and password.
• To rent a movie, you need a payment method linked to your account, but no money will be charged. Add a payment method and confirm the purchase.

I have an existing account without a registered payment method:

• Sign in if you are not already signed in.
• To rent a movie, you need a payment method linked to your account, but no money will be charged. Add a payment method and confirm the purchase.
