Manage logged-in devices

Use this guide if you receive a message that you have reached the maximum number of devices, or if you want to log out all devices from your Viaplay account. You can use up to five devices per day with your Viaplay account. A device can be, for example, a computer, mobile, tablet, game console, or Smart TV.

If you reach the device limit, you will see a message saying that you have used the maximum number of devices.

How to manage your devices
  1. Log in to Viaplay.
  2. Click your profile icon in the top right.
  3. Select Manage devices.
  4. Here you can:
    – see which devices are logged in
    – log out one device or log out all
Do you see unknown devices?

If you suspect that someone else is using your account (for example, outside your household), we recommend that you change your password here. This will log you out from all devices within 24 hours.
