Your devices

You can have up to five devices registered on your account. A device is for example a computer, mobile phone, tablet, gaming console or a Smart TV. If you at any point reach the maximum number of devices connected to your account, you will get a message about this. For more information about which devices we support, click here.

If you get the error message you can reuse one of the devices that you have already registered.

If you have used your account on someone else’s device and forgot to log out, you can change your password. After this, all your devices will be logged out within 24 hours. Change your password here.

How many can watch at the same time?
You can have two streams running at the same time. Should you try to start a third stream, you will get an error message and need to close one of the current streams in order to be able to start a new one.
