Start Viaplay on your Smart TV
Follow the steps below to open the Viaplay app, sign in, and start watching on your Smart TV. Also make sure your Smart TV is supported here.
- Turn on your Smart TV and open the TV’s app menu.
- Select the Viaplay app (the app is often pre-installed).
- If you cannot find the Viaplay app on your Smart TV, see the section below “If you cannot find the Viaplay app”.
- Sign in and start watching.

- Open your TV’s App Store/Content Store (for example LG Content Store, Samsung Apps, Google Play) and search for Viaplay.
- If the app is available, install it and open Viaplay again.
- If the app is not available in the store, check that your TV model/year model is included in the list of supported devices. You can find the list of devices here.
- If your TV is included in the list but the app is still missing, update your TV’s software and search the store again.
- If your TV is not included in the list, this means that the model is not supported. Use another supported device instead to watch Viaplay.
