Change billing date

Change the billing date of your subscription if you want the payment to be charged on a different day each month.

  1. Log in at viaplay.com using a web browser.
  2. Go to My account under the profile icon in the top right corner.
  3. Go to Payment information and Change billing date.
Important to know before you change
  • You can only change the billing date to today’s date.
  • When you change the billing date, your current subscription ends and a new subscription starts automatically on the same day.
  • You are charged for the upcoming billing period.
  • You will automatically receive a refund for the remaining days of your previously paid period.
