Problem adding/updating a payment card

Follow the steps below if you can’t add or update your payment card.

  1. Check that the card can be used. The card must be a Visa, Mastercard, or Amex card. It must be issued by a bank in your country.
  2. Check that the card is enabled for online purchases.
    This is usually set in your bank app or your card issuer’s app.
  3. Try again on another device or in another browser.
    Example: switch from mobile to computer or from one browser to another.
  4. Make sure you have a stable network. Try switching networks and see if the issue with adding a card persists.
