Fix choppy audio on Android TV
It has been observed that the audio may sometimes stutter when watching sports on Android TV. The issue can often be resolved by updating the Viaplay app to the latest version.
How to do it:
- Open the Google Play Store on your Android TV. If needed, select Apps first, depending on your TV menu.
- Select your profile icon.
- Select Manage apps and games.
- Select Updates.
- Select Viaplay and update the app, or select Update all.
If the problem persists
If the audio still stutters after the update:
- Restart your Android TV.
- Check that your internet connection is stable.
- Try playing other content to see whether the issue persists.
