Cancel your subscription
Do you pay through iTunes or have Viaplay through Sky? Choose the correct option below and read more.
If you have your subscription directly through Viaplay you can easily manage your Viaplay subscription by logging in to Viaplay. To cancel your package, you need to go to My Account > Manage Subscriptions. You can also get there by clicking this link – My account
From the subscriptions, you will see all the alternatives and a quit button next to the package you currently have active. To cancel the subscription, remember to follow all the steps in the process.
When you have completed the cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email. Haven’t received anything? Check your spam folder.
You can continue to use Viaplay as normal until the paid period is over.
With an annual subscription plan, you can cancel your subscription during the last 30-day period of the subscription period. During that period the cancellation process works the same as for the monthly plans.
If you wish to cancel Premier Sports on the Sky platform you can do so by logging into your account here, clicking on “My Subscriptions”, selecting the Cancel Subscription link at the bottom and following the instructions.

To cancel your current subscription through your iPhone/iPad, you can do the following:
Go to Settings on your mobile device and click on your Apple ID/Name (at the top) > iTunes & App Store
Select “Apple ID: firstname.lastname@example.org”, View Apple ID and sign in.
Under Subscriptions, you can manage your subscriptions through iTunes and cancel your package.
After canceling your Viaplay package, you can continue watching until your paid period is over.

Not sure if your Viaplay package is billed through iTunes? You can double-check this via My Account. We also recommend following the steps above and checking if you have a Viaplay subscription on your Apple ID to be sure.
Are you unable to find a subscription under My Account or Subscriptions? Make sure you’re signed in to the correct Apple ID. Our customer service cannot cancel subscriptions created through iTunes.
I’m being charged but can’t find any subscription to cancel
If you can’t find an option to cancel your subscription under “My Account” it might be the case that you are paying through Sky or iTunes. Read above for more information.
It might also be the case that you are currently logged in to the wrong account. Don’t worry – you can find out which accounts are linked to your payment card by entering your card details on the following page: https://account.viaplay.com/gb-en/find
Please note that you need to be logged in on viaplay.com/gb-en/ to complete the search.
We do not save your complete card information for security reasons. When searching for your user account we will list all accounts that match the last part of the card number you entered. A part of the username will be hidden during the search, but we hope you recognize your account and can log in.
Please try another debit card if you do not recognize any of the e-mail addresses featured in the search result, or if the search did not locate any account at all.
