Reinstall the Viaplay app on your device

1. On the home screen, press and hold the Viaplay app until a menu appears.
2. Tap Remove App, then select Delete App.
3. Restart the device before continuing.
4. Open the App Store and search for Viaplay.
5. Install the Viaplay app.
6. Open the app and sign in with your existing email address/username and password.

1. Open Settings on your device.
2. Tap Apps.
3. Tap Manage apps.
4. Select the Viaplay app.
5. Tap Uninstall and confirm.
6. Restart the device before continuing.
7. Open Google Play Store and search for Viaplay.
8. Install the Viaplay app.
9. Open the app and sign in with your existing email address/username and password.

Method 1, via your TV settings:

1. Go to the home screen on your TV.
2. Open Settings.
3. Under Device, select Apps.
4. Under Downloaded apps, select the Viaplay app and then Uninstall.
5. Once the app has been uninstalled, you can reinstall it by selecting Install.
6. Open the app and sign in with your existing email address/username and password.

Method 2, via Google Play Store:

1. Open Google Play Store.
2. Search for Viaplay.
3. Select Uninstall.
4. Once the app has been uninstalled, you can reinstall it by selecting Install.
5. Open the app and sign in with your existing email address/username and password.

This applies to Apple TV 4th generation or later.

1. Go to the home screen and highlight the Viaplay app.
2. Press and hold the touch surface on your Apple TV remote until the app icon starts to shake.
3. In the list that appears, select Delete to uninstall the app.
4. Open the App Store on Apple TV.
5. Search for Viaplay and select Get.
6. Open the app and sign in with your existing email address/username and password.

Android mobile device

1. Go to Settings > Apps > Manage apps > All.
2. Uninstall the Viaplay app.
3. Restart the device before continuing.
4. Open Google Play Store.
5. Search for Viaplay and select Install.
6. Open the app and sign in with your existing email address/username and password.

iOS device

1. Press and hold the Viaplay app until it starts to shake.
2. Tap the X in the top corner of the app to delete it.
3. Restart the device before continuing.
4. Go to the App Store and reinstall the Viaplay app.
5. Sign in with your existing email address/username and password.

Observera: Vissa Smart TV-modeller har Viaplay-appen förinstallerad. På dessa modeller kan appen inte alltid avinstalleras. Om avinstallation inte är tillgänglig, starta om TV:n och kontrollera om en uppdatering av Viaplay-appen finns i TV:ns appbutik.

Om TV:n tillåter avinstallation:

1. Öppna TV:ns appbibliotek eller appinställningar
2. Markera Viaplay-appen
3. Välj Avinstallera och bekräfta
4. Starta om din smart TV innan du fortsätter.
5. Öppna TV:ns appbutik (till exempel Samsung Apps, LG Content Store eller Google Play Store)
6. Sök efter Viaplay
7. Välj installera.
8. Öppna appen och logga in med din befintliga e-postadress/användarnamn och ditt lösenord.
