Forgot password
If you have forgotten your password, you can easily request a new one. Click Forgot your password? where you try to log in or go to this page.
- Enter the email address you used when creating the account.
- Click Send.
- Check your inbox and follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
Tip: If the email doesn’t appear, check your spam folder.
If you want to change your password and are already logged in:
- Log in to your Viaplay account using your email and current password.
- Select the profile icon in the top right corner and choose My account.
- Select Change password under Account details
- Enter your current password, choose a new password, and confirm it by entering it again.
When you change your password, you will be logged out of your account on other devices within 24 hours. You will therefore need to log in again on those devices.
