Change billing date
Change the billing date of your subscription if you want the payment to be charged on a different day each month.
- Log in at viaplay.com using a web browser.
- Go to My account under the profile icon in the top right corner.
- Go to Payment information and Change billing date.
Important to know before you change
- You can only change the billing date to today’s date.
- When you change the billing date, your current subscription ends and a new subscription starts automatically on the same day.
- You are charged for the upcoming billing period.
- You will automatically receive a refund for the remaining days of your previously paid period.
