Manage your account details
Manage your account details by signing in to Viaplay.com via a web browser. You cannot change your account details in the app.
Open My account
- Go to Viaplay.com in a web browser.
- Sign in with your account details.
- Hover over your name in the top right corner.
- Select My account
You must be on the My account page to make the changes below.
Change password
Follow these steps to change your password.
- Open My account.
- Under Account details, click Change password
- Enter your current password.
- Enter your new password.
- Confirm your new password.
- Click Submit.
When you change your password, you will automatically be signed out from other devices within 24 hours. You will need to sign in again on those devices.
Change email address
Follow these steps to change your email address.
- Open My account.
- Under Account details, click Change email.
- Enter your new email address.
- Enter your current password.
- Click Submit.
You will receive a confirmation email to your previously registered email address with information about the change.
Change name and date of birth
Follow these steps to change your date of birth.
- Open My account.
- Under Account details, click Edit account details
- Enter your new first name.
- Enter your new last name.
- Enter your new date of birth.
- Click Submit.
You will receive a confirmation email to your registered email address with information about the change.
